The Volunteer Services Council (VSC) is a dedicated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to enriching the lives of residents at Richmond State Supported Living Center. Our mission is to enhance the well-being and quality of life for the individuals we serve through a variety of impactful programs and services.
